2.2 This Agreement becomes legally binding between you and uh777 at the moment you complete the Account registration process and click or tap the confirmation checkbox indicating acceptance of these terms.
2.3 If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting uh777 support.
Real-money gaming on the uh777 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is applied in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards applicable to online gaming platforms operating in and serving the Philippines. Individuals under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering an Account or placing any Wager, and uh777 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation from any Player at any time.
The uh777 Platform is designed and operated for use by players physically located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws. uh777 reserves the right to restrict or block access from jurisdictions where operating the Platform would violate applicable law.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on uh777. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. uh777 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified:
To register a valid Account on uh777, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update any information that changes. uh777 may require identity verification documents at any point and may suspend Account functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uh777 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. uh777 will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify uh777 support immediately via live chat.
uh777 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized Wagers resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss results directly from a failure of uh777's security systems.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the Platform is true, accurate, current, and complete. uh777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to withhold any Balance pending resolution of the discrepancy.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. uh777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, provided that the Player is notified in advance. uh777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Player before applying any dormancy fee.
uh777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels listed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. uh777 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to request verification that the payment method belongs to the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
uh777 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. All transactions are monitored. uh777 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by applicable law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
6.1 uh777 may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the promotion and are incorporated herein by reference.
6.2 Unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
6.3 uh777 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is abusing the promotion, including but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or mechanically structured Wagers designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting an error in the bonus offer.
6.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash except as specifically provided in the applicable bonus terms.
6.5 uh777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where a promotion has been published in error or is being abused by Players.
7.1 All games available on the uh777 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment managed by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are not manipulated by uh777 and are governed solely by the rules of each individual game and the laws of probability.
7.2 Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a Wager. By placing a Wager, a Player confirms they understand the applicable game rules.
7.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, uh777's system records will be used as the definitive source for determining the outcome of that round. Where a round cannot be definitively completed due to a technical failure attributable to uh777, the Wager for that round will be voided and returned to the Player's Balance.
7.4 uh777 reserves the right to void any Wager that it determines was placed in error, on a game that contained a bug or error, or in connection with any activity that uh777 determines constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uh777 Platform:
Violation of any prohibition listed in this Section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral of the matter to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 uh777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to every Player from their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options.
9.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so for a period of one (1) week, one (1) month, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits or Wagers may be placed from the affected Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified period expires, except in the case of permanent self-exclusion which is irreversible.
9.3 uh777 takes its responsibilities under applicable Philippine responsible gaming frameworks seriously. Players who have self-excluded may not circumvent this by registering a new Account. Any Account registered by a self-excluded Player will be closed, and any Balance will be handled appropriately.

10.1 All content on the uh777 Platform, including but not limited to the uh777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the proprietary property of uh777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of uh777's intellectual property is a violation of this Agreement and may constitute an infringement under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, uh777's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 uh777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if uh777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 uh777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet disruptions, power failures, acts of government, or strikes.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit uh777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
12.1 uh777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where uh777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, provided false information, engaged in prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the Account is not in the best interests of uh777 or the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting uh777 support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by uh777 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, uh777 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit all or part of the Balance in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13.3 uh777 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and will use its best efforts to provide a full written response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.4 In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, uh777's server-side game logs shall constitute the authoritative record and will be used as the definitive source for dispute resolution.
14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaint and dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
15.1 uh777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. uh777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via email or an in-Platform notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the uh777 Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you choose, close your Account.
15.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
